1. Healthy rahne ke liye daily koi na koi exercise jaroor karni chahiye. Isliye aapko rojana kam se kam aadha ghanta kasrat jaroor karna chahiye. Acche results ke liye aap exercise karne ke tarike ko badlte rahe, maslan jaise kabhi aerobics kare, to kabhi sirf running kare.
