Aapka pura din kaise bitega, yeh baat par depend karta hain aap din ki shuruvaat kaise karte hain. Jab aap din ki healthy aur Happiness ke saath shuruvaat karenge toh aapka din bhi accha bitega. Lekin, jyadatar log subah ke time kuch mistakes kar dete hain, Jo unhe nahi karna chahiye. Kyonki yeh galtiyan karne se aapki sehat par bura asar padta hain.
• Alarm bajte hi uth jaye :- Kai logo ki habit hoti hain ki vey alarm laga kar sote hain aur unke snooze button ka istemal karte hain taki veh thodi der ke liye aur so sake. Yeh aadat sahi nahi hain. Jaise hi alarm baje aapko turant uth jana chahiye. Bed par baith kar body ko stretch karna chahiye aur gahri saans leni chahiye aur phir din ki shuruvaat mein lag jana chahiye.
• Neend khulte hi turant bistar na chhode :- Life mein bhaag-daur ki wajah se aisa hota hain ki hum neend khulte hi turant bed ko chhod dete hain. Raat bhar sone ki wajah se body ko lamba araam mil chuka hota hain. Aisi situation mein eka ek kaam mein lag jane se aapki peeth ki muscles ko nuksaan pahuch sakta hain. Neend khulte hi turant khade hone par khoon ka bahaav taang ki aor ho jata hain jisse nuksaan pahuchne ki sambhavna rahti hain. Isliye neend khulne ke baad sharir ko sabhi disha mein phailaye. Isse aapko khud ki muscles mein rahat mahsoos hogi. Yeh puri body mein blood ka circulation karne mein aur muscles ko energy dene mein help karta hain.
• Exercise karna na bhoole :- Exercise karne ke liye morning time is the best time. Aksar hum log subah uthate hi kasrat karne ka plan banate hain, neend khulte hi saara plan chaupat ho jata hain. Hum subah uthakar kuch door paidal chalne ki yozna banate hain ya phir kaam se aane ke baad gym jane ki sochte hain, lekin hakikat mein hum yeh sabhi cheeze nahi kar pate hain. Isliye raat ko hi jogging ya workout ke kapde taiyaar rakhe. Subah kuch bhi ho jaye thoda workout ya exercise jaroor karni chahiye.
• Bhookha nahi rahna chahiye :- Subah mein waqt ki kami ya bhookh nahi lagne ki wajah se hum kuch khate nahi hain. Jab aap sote hain toh aapka metabolism sust ho jata hain aur phir se start hone ke liye energy ki jaroorat hoti hain. Iske alawa jab aap sokar uthate hain to aapka glucose level bahut kam hota hain aur aapki body ko bhi energy ki jaroorat hoti hain. Isliye uthne ke 45 minutes se 1 ghante ke bheetar kuch na kuch jaroor khaye. Aapke breakfast mein Egg, Milk, Food ya Fruits bhi shamil ho sakta hain.
• Daily routine ke kaam mein na lag jaye :- Bistar chhodte hi daily routine ke kaam jaise phone par apne email check karna, kuch ka reply karna, baccho ko school bhejna aadi karna sahi nahi hain. Subah ke waqt kuch time apne aap ke liye bhi nikaale. Is time ka istemal lambe walk par jaane ke liye, Yoga ya kisi dusri exercise ke liye kare. Isse aap jab office pahuchenge to apne aap ko fresh feel karenge. Nahi to office pahuchte hain dophar ki tarah hi thakaan bhara mood banne lagega.
