Aankhon ki acchi sehat ke liye inhe jaroor khaye.

Aankho ki acchi sehat ke liye kya khaye? Aankho ki roshini ke liye kya khana chahiye?
Hame apni skin ka bahut khyaal hota hain, Lekin aankho ke baare jyada nahi sochte hain. Aankho ki roshini ko banaye rakhne ke liye sahi food ko khane ki jaroorat hain.

Aankho ko healthy banaye rakhne ke liye choti-choti baaton ka khyaal rakhiye, Jaise dhoop se aankho ko bachaye. Kanhi bahar aane jane par turant hi apni eyes ko dho le, taki unme bhari hui dhool saaf ho sake. • Vitamin A food :- Amrood, Orange, Pineapple, Lal aur Hari Mirch, Shimla Mirch mein Vitamin A bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain. Ine jaroor khaye taki aapki aankhein hamesha acchi rahe aur unko kabhi bhi chashma na lag paye.

• Vitamin C wale food :- Tarbooz, Doodh, Tamatar, Angoor aadi mein Vitamin C hota hain jo eyes ko hamesha cool banaye rakhta hain. Isliye inka sewan karna bhi jaroori hain.

• Vitamin E food :- Fish, Badam, Gajar, Anda, Surajmukhi ke beej, Papita yeh sabhi Vitamin E ke source hain. Inhe khane se aankhe bahut hi healthy rahti hain. Inko khane ki aadat daal le aur apni daily diet mein inhe jaroor shamil kare.

• Gajar ka juice ;- Gajar sardiyo ke dino mein asaani se mil jati hain. Sardiyo ke dino mein Gajar ka juice din mein 1 baar jaroor piye. Aap isme Gheesa hua Nariyal 1 chammach aur Shahad mila kar pijiye, Isse iska taste aur bhi zyada lajawaab ho jata hain.

• Arandi ke tel ki boond :- Aankho ki roshini ko accha karne ke liye Arandi ke tel ki ek-ek boond aankho mein daale. Agar aankho mein khujali hone lage toh iska istemal na kare.

• Badam Doodh :- Ek hafte mein kam se kam 3 baar Badam wala doodh jaroor piye. Isme Vitamin E hota hain jo aankho ke liye khas taur par faydemand hota hain. Ise peen se chehre par chamak bhi aa jati hain. Aap chahe toh is doodh mein Chutaki bhar Kali mirch powder bhi mix kar sakte hain.

• Amla doodh :- Amle ka doodh bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Ise aapko subah khali pet peena chahiye. Isse aankho ki roshini acchi hoti hain aur wazan kam karne mein bhi yeh madad karta hain.

• Saunf :- Saunf ke daano ko raat bhar bhigoye. Iske baad subah khali pet iske paani ko piye.
