Diabetes ko control karne ke liye kya khana chahiye?
Diabetes ki bimari hone par mareez ko apne khane peene ka vishesh dhyaan rakhna padta hain. Agar aapko bhi diabetes hain to aapko neeche batayi gyi khane wali in 5 special cheezo ko jaroor khana chahiye. Kyonki in cheezo ko khane se diabetes ko control karne mein madad milti hain.

Diabetes control karne ke liye jaroor khaye yeh 5 cheeze :- 


1. Sage ke patte khaye 

Sage (sej) ke patte khane se Insulin secretion aur activity mein badhotri hoti hain, jo pro-diabetic situation mein blood sugar ko control rakhta hain. Iske alawa yeh liver ke kaam karne ki capacity ko bhi badhaata hain, jisse aapki body ki immunity bhi increase hoti hain.


2. Beans jaroor khaye 


Fiber se bharpoor beans ko khane se diabetes ko control mein rakhne mein kafi help milti hain. Beans ko khane se aapka pet bhara-bhara sa rahta hain. Iske alawa beans aapke motape ko kam karne mein bhi madadgar hoti hain. Isliye apne breakfast mein Beans Salad jaroor khaye.


3. Khajoor hain upyogi 


Agar aapko meetha khane ka mann kar raha hain to aap khajoor ko kha sakte hain. Khajoor mein Fiber acchi matraa mein hote hi hain, saath hi isme antioxidant bhi bharpoor matraa mein paye jate hain. Khajoor mein Angoor, Santra aur Broccoli jaise fruits aur vegetables se jyada matra mein antioxidant paye jate hain.


4. Patsan ke beej 


Agar aap apni body mein fiber ki matraa ko badhaana chahte hain to aapko patsan ke beej khane ki jaroorat hain. Patsan ke beej mein blood sugar level aur cholesterol ko kam karne ki power hoti hain. Isse heart attack, dil ki bimariyan aur cardiovascular diseases se ladne mein madad milti hain.


5. Doodh aur Dahi 

Doodh aur dahi mein Calcium aur Vitamin D bharpoor matraa mein paye jate hain. Yeh Blood sugar level ko control karne mein madad karte hain. Iske liye aap Cottage Cheese  aur Low-fat Yogurt ko apne khane mein shamil kare.
