Chana khane ke fayde (Benefits of Bengal Gram, Chickpea, Kala Chana, Gram, Garbanzo)

Chane mein 27% Phosphorus aur 28% Iron hota hain jo na kewal naye blood cells ko banata hain, Balki hemoglobin ko bhi badhata hain.

6. Bukhaar mein paseena aane par 

Bukhaar mein jyada paseena aane par bhune huye chane ko pees kar , Usme Ajwain milaye. Phir isse malish kare. Aisa karne se paseene ki samsya khatm ho jati hain.
