Methi ke dane khane ke fayde (Benefits of Fenugreek Seeds)

Methi ke DaaneAamtaur par kitchen mein paye jane wale Methi ke dano aur pattiyo ka istemal daal, paranthe aur sabziyo se lekar tamam tarah ki dishes mein kiya jata hain. Khane ka swaad badhane ke saath Methi ke dano mein kai Diosgenin, aur Steroidal Saponins ka bhi accha source hain. Diosgenin bhi ek tarah ka steroid hain. bimariyo ka ilaj chhipa hua hain. Protein, Vitamin C, Niacin, Potassium, Iron aur Alkaloids jaise tatvo ka khazana hain Methi. Iske alawa yeh


Methi ke dane ke fayde (Labh) :- 

Pachan ke liye :- Apach, Gas, Kabz jaisi samsya se nipatne ke liye Methi ke dano ka sewan bahut hi labhkari hain. Dil ki bimariya rakhe door :- Methi ke daano aur pattiyo mein paya jane wala Galactomannan Potassium ek bahut accha source hain. Yeh sodium ki matra ko control karke dil ki dhadkan ke utar-chadhav ko maintain karta hain, Jisse blood pressure normal rahta hain.

Yeh body ko ander se poshan deti hain. Aur to aur Methi ke daano se lekar iski pattiya Sardi-Khansi jaisi problems se nipatne ke saath hi gale ki kharash aur dard se bhi rahat dilati hain. 


Wajan kam karne mein sahayak :- Raat bhar paani mein bhigoye huye Methi ke dane subah khali pet chabane se motapa kam hota hain. Ghulansheel Fiber pet mein jakar phoolta hain. Isse pet bhara-bhara lagta hain, Jisse bhookh kam lagti hain aur over dieting ki samsya se bacha ja sakta hain.

Doctors se lekar ghar ke bade-budhe tak is samsya se nipatne ke liye Methi khane ki salah dete hain. Diosgenin ki mauzoodagi doodh banne mein madadgar hoti hain, Isliye iska rojana thodi matra mein hi sahi, Sewan jaroor karna chahiye.
