Paani peene ke fayde (Benefits of Drinking Water)

Drinking WaterPaani ke baare mein vaise to jyada kahne ki jaroorat nahi hain kyonki paani jeevan ka sabse bada aadhaar hain. Ek vaysak vyakti ke sharir mein austan 35 se 40 Litter paani hamesha bana rahta hain. Jis prakar nahane se sharir ke bahar ki safaai hoti hain, Theek usi tarah se paani peene se sharir ke ander ki safaai hoti hain. Energy de :- Paani mein nutrients hote hain jo sharir ki gandagi ko saaf karte hain. Isliye khud ko hydrate rakhne ke liye khoob paani piye. 


Gandagi ko bahar nikale :- Har din ham na jane kitni gandagi se ru-bru hote hain. Kabhi pollution to kabhi unhealthy khana aadi. Paani in sabhi gandagiyo ko sharir se bahar  nikalta hain. 


Sharir ka tapman banaye rakhe :- Paani hame garmi se bachata hain. Agar aap jaroorat ke hisab se paani nahi piyenge to aapke sharir ka tapman janlewa tarike se badh jayega. 


Sharir mein Metabolism badhaye :- Sahi tarah se paani na peene se sharir ke kaam karne ki speed kam ho jati hain, Vah thak jata hain aur uska Metabolism bhi dheema padne lagta hain.
