Pet kharab hain to in cheezo ko nahi khana chahiye. Pet kharab hain, Jee machal raha hain ya pet mein jalan ho rahi hain, to Kuch bhi khane-peene se pahle yeh jaroor soch le ki kanhi isse aapki problem aur jyada to nahi badh jayegi.
Zara sa galat khana khana pet ko kharab kar deta hain. Iska main reason hota hain khane ka sahi tarah se hajam na hona. Yahi wajah hain ki Pet kharab hone (Petdard, Apach, Gas, Acidity aadi) ke dauran apne khan-pan ka khas taur par khyaal rakha jata hain. Aise food mein bharpoor matra mein Lactose hota hain, jiske na pachne par pet mein sujan aur Gas preshan kar sakti hain. Hamesha apachan (apach) ke dauran Doodh ya doodh se bani dusri cheezo ko khane se bache. Haan Dahi aur Cheese cube jaroor kha skate hain, Kyonki isme Lactose nahi paya jata hain.
Khatti cheezo se zara bachkar :- Pet bhari-bhari lag raha hain, Dast sata raha hain, Pet mein dard aur marod uth rahi hain ya phir gas se preshan hain, to Tamatar ki saus ya khatte phal ka sewan na kare. Iske alawa jin cheezo mein meetha soda istemal hua hain, unka sewan is samsya ko aur jyada kar sakta hain.
Packet band khane aur Maida se rahe door :- Kabz ke dauran Packaged food jaise Jam, Jelly, Noodles aadi aur Maide se bane pakvaano ko khane se bache. Sahi Fiber na hone ke karan inka pachan bahut hi dheema hota hain. Jismein jyadatar Package food mein Artificial Sweetener aur Color milaye gye hote hain. Inhe khane se Gas aur Apach ki problem paida ho sakti hain.

1. Phal aur Dahi ka mel :- Kai baar khali phal, Khas-taur par Seb ya Nashpati khane se Pet mein Gas mahsoos hoti hain. Kyonki inme Fructose ki matra jyada hoti hain. Isse pet mein bhaaripan lagne lagta hain. Yadi aisa ho, to Fruits ko Dahi ke saath mila kar khana chahiye. Dahi mein mauzood bacteria Fruits ke poshak tatvo ke saath milkar kamaal dikhate hain.
2. Ajwain ka kamaal :- Ajwain ka patta aur beej, dono hi apne aap mein gunkari hain. Ise sabzi, daal ya salad mein shamil kar kai dikkato se bacha ja sakta hain. Ajwain ke sewan se pachan kriya sudharti hain aur Acidity ki problem se rahat milti hain.
3. Soup ka Sewan :- Yadi aapko yeh problem thodi jyada hain to Fiber se bharpoor Sabziyo ke soup ko khane ki shuruvat karde. Sabziyo ko pachaane mein takhleef hoti ho, to unka sewan Gravy ya puree ke roop mein kare.
Acidity ke dauran :-
- Ek glass paani mein 2 chammach Sirka mila kar piye. Gas, Jalan aur pet dard se chhutkara milega.
- Paani mein Ajwain aur Adrak dalkar ubale. Thanda kar thodi der mein piye. Ya phir paani mein Saunf aur Ajwain daalkar ubale aur thanda kar piye.
- Nimbu Paani aur Pudine ka sharbat bhi bahut faydemand rahega.
Diarrhea hone par
- Jau (Jaii) ko pakakar patla ghola banaye. Ise chhane aur Chhach mein mila kar 3-4 baar le. Sharir ko jaroori poshan milega aur infection door ho jayega.
- Chawan, Saabudane, Aaloo ka sewan faydemand rahega.
- Taza Dahi aur Malai ke bagair Chhachh ke sewan se fayda milega.
