Nashpati khane ke fayde (Benefits of Pear)

Aise mein log sabse jyada bukhaar aur anya health problems ka shikar bante hain. Isliye is mausam mein sehat ka dhyaan dena sabse jaroori hota hain. Sehat ko banaye rakhne ke liye mausmi (Seasonally) phal kafi kargar sabit hote hain. Baarish ke mausam mein Nashpati se kai bimariyo ko maat di ja sakti hain. Nashpati  mein Seb ki tarah hi aushadhiya gun paye jate hain.

Vastav mein Nashpati Jise Angreji mein Pear kahte hain Jise Hindi mein नाशपाती likhte hain inhe khane ke bade hi swasth labh hote hain. Asal mein Nashpati Seb parivar (Apple Family) se juda hua hain. Nashpati ka Juice energy ka best source hain. Yeh body ke immune system ko majboot banata hain. Iske niyamit sewan se Sardi, Jukaam, Khansi jaisi bimariyo se koso door raha ja sakta hain.

Nashpati zehareele padartho aur Chemical se Badi Aant ki raksha karta hain. Nashpati ka Juice din mein do baar peene se cough kam hota hain aur gale ki kharash door hoti hain.
