Diabetes se bach ke rahna re baba !

Diabetes Aaj hum aapko Diabetes ke baare mein puri jankari dene ki koshish karenge. Mote taur par samjhane ki koshish kare to Diabetes jise Madhumeh ya Sugar bhi kaha jata hain Unbalance Hormones, Motapa aur unhealthy Lifestyle ka ek mila-jula result hain. In karano se bhojan se mila Carbohydrate, Jise hamari koshikaon mein energy dene ka kaam karna chahiye, Vah khoon mein hi ghoomta rahta hain. 1)  Type 1 Diabetes :- Yeh bachpan ya kishor awastha mein achanak insulin ke production mein kami hone se paida hone wali bimari hain. Isme Insulin Hormone banana puri tarah se band ho jata hain. Aisa kisi Anti-Body ki wajah se Beta Cells ke puri tarah se kaam band karne ke karan hota hain. Aise mein sharir mein Glucose ki badhi hui matra ko control karne ke liye Insulin ke injection ki jaroorat hoti hain. Iske mareez kafi kam hote hain. 

2) Type 2 Diabetes :- Aam-taur par 30 saal ki umar ke baad dheere-dheere yeh badhta hain. Isse prabhavit jyadatar logo ka wajan samanya se jyada hota hain ya unhe pet mein motape ki samsya hoti hain. Yeh kai baar anuvanshik hota hain ya phir kharab lifestyle ke karan hota hain. Isme Insulin kam matra mein banta hain ya phir Pancreas sahi se kaam nahi kar raha hota hain. Diabetes ki 90% patients is category mein aate hain. Exercise, Balanced Diet aur Medicines se ise control mein rakha ja sakta hain. 


Kaun-kaun se test karwaye :- 

Blood Test 

Agar blood sugar 170 se jyada nahi hain to peshab mein nahi aayegi, Isliye blood test jaroori hain. Blood test 2 baar kiya jata hain- Khali pet aur nashta ya glucose lene ke baad. 

Dhyaan rakhe:- 
 
1. Is test se 3-4 din pahle se Carbohydrate se bharpoor khana khana chahiye. 

2. Test se pahle Cholesterol kam karne wali Niacin Tablets, Vitamin C, Aspirin, Garb-Nirodhak dawaaiya aadi ka istemal bilkul na kare. Inse peshab mein sugar level kam aa sakta hain, Jisse sahi reading nahi aa payegi. 

3. Jis vyakti ko 75 gram Glucose kha kar 2 ghante baad test dena hain, Usay kanhi nahi jana chahiye. Balki vahi thaharna chahiye. Ek dedh ghante tak ghoom aaye, aisa nahi karna chahiye. Isse test ke result par asar padta hain. 

Diabetes ke mareez hain to in testes ko karwate rahe 

- Khali pet Blood Sugar (Normal Range 100-120) aur khana khane ke 2 ghante baad (Normal Range 130-160) hafte mein kam se kam ek baar.
- HbA1c Test har teen se chaar mahine baad karwaye.

Is test mein aapko khali pet ya khana khane ke 2 ghante baad ka blood sample dene ki jaroorat nahi hain. Kabhi bhi kisi bhi lab mein jakar HbA1c (Glycated Hemoglobin) test karane ke liye sample de sakte hain. 

Yeh test sirf diabetes ke mareez hi nahi balki normal aur Pre-diabetic log bhi karwa sakte hain. HbA1c se sahi samay par Diabetes ki sahi process ka pata lagaya ja sakta hain. Isse aise bina diabetes wale mareezo ka confusion bhi khatm ho jata hain, Jinka emergency mein kiye gye test mein blood glucose level jyada aaya ho. 

Is test se last three months ki average stithi ka pata lag jata hain. Hemoglobin blood ke red cells se banta hain aur isme glucose milta hain to Glycosylated hemoglobin banta hain. HbA1c test pichale teen mahino ka average blood sugar level bata deta hain. Iski normal range 4 se 6 percent tak maani jati hain, Lekin 5.7 se 6.4 percent hone ka matlab aapki sehat ke liye khatre ki ghanti baj chuki hain. Yeh Pre Diabetes ki stage hoti hain, Jo aage chal kar diabetes mein badal sakti hain. Diabetes ke mareezo mein HbA1c 6.5 se 7 percent tak rahe to diabetes control mein maani jati hain. 

Aur kaun si jaanch karwaye :- 

- Khoon mein cholesterol aur Fat ki matra ke liye Lipid Profile test.
- ECG aur TMT test aankho ki jaanch ke liye.

- Wajan ka record

- Pairo ki jaanch, Blood pressure ki jaanch.

- Kidney ka test.

Yeh sabhi jaanch 1 saal mein ek baar kara le. 

Sabhi ango par Diabetes ka asar :- Kidney par kuch saal baad iska asar shuru ho jata hain. Ise rokne ke liye blood sugar aur blood pressure dono ko normal rakhna chahiye. Blood sugar level ko control mein rakhkar aankho ki motiyabind jaisi bimariyo se bachaya ja sakta hain. Diabetes ke mareezo mein aksar 65 saal ki umar tak pahuchate-pahuchate Dil ke daure ki samsya shuru ho jati hain. - Diabetes ke mareez Siring aur Insulin ki shishi ki bajaye Insulin Pen ka istemal kar sakte hain, Kyonki ise asaani ke saath kanhi bhi liya ja sakta hain.

- Insulin ka injection hamesha khane se pahle lagana chahiye. Subah breakfast karne se pahle aur Raat mein dinner karne se pahle 15-20 minutes pahle Insulin ka injection lena chahiye.  2 Injections ke beech 10 se 12 Ghanto ka difference hona jaroori hain. Khane ke ekdum saath Insulin ka injection na lagaye, Kyonki aisa karne se blood sugar level badh sakta hain. Insulin ko thandi aur saaf jagah par rakhe.
