Yadi aap Diabetes ke mareez hain to aapke mann mein yeh aksar swaal uthta hoga ki Diabetes (Madhumeh, Sugar) rog mein kaun se phal kha sakte hain ya is bimari mein kaun se phal (Fruit) khane se hame koi nuksaan nahi hoga.
