Myth :- Darker Alcohols healthy hote hain.

Fact :- Darker Whiskey aur Darker Beers jaise Darker Alcohols mein jyada Anti-Oxidants hote hain, Lekin unme jyada Congeners bhi hote hain. Congeners veh Toxic Element hote hain jo sharab banane ke process mein bante hain. Saath hi, Darker Alcohols mein Calorie bhi jyada hoti hain.

Myth :- Sharab peene se acchi neend aati hain.

Fact :- Sharab peene se aapko neend to aa sakti hain, Lekin veh acchi neend nahi hoti aur jab veh neend tootati hain tab aap fresh bhi feel nahi karte.

Myth :- Jin logo ko sharab der se chadhti hain, veh behichak pee sakte hain.

Fact :- Agar aapko sharab der se chadhti hain, Iska matlab yeh nahi hain aap jyada pee sakte hain. Der se chadhne ka matlab yeh hain ki aapki body aapko jaroori indication nahi de rahi hain, Ki kab aapko peena band kar dena chahiye. Yeh aapke liye jyada nuksandayak hain.

Myth :- Energy Drinks ke saath sharab peene se nasha aur chadhta hain.

Fact :- Energy Drinks mein Caffeine hoti hain, Jisse aap energetic feel karte hain, Lekin iska aapki khumari se kuch lena-dena nahi hain. Sharab mein Energy Drink milane se aapko mahsoos hi nahi ho pata ki aap kitna pee chuke hain aur kitne thake huye hain. Isse aap limit se kanhi jyada pee lete hain.

Myth :- Kabhi-Kabhi peene se kuch nahi hota.

Fact :- Rojana ke hisaab se Alcohol ki recommended limit aurto ke liye 1 drink aur purusho ke liye 2 drink ki hain. Agar aap Weekdays par nahi peete hain aur Weekend par bottles par bottles kholte hain, to yeh aapki sehat par bura asar dal sakta hain.
