• Smoothie :- Mixture mein ek cup dahi, mutthi bhar berry, aadha kela, ek chauthaai cup doodh aur kuch burf ke tukade daalkar mila le. Omega-3 ke liye aap isme alsi ke beej bhi mila sakte hain. Aapka tasty nashta taiyaar ho jayega.
• Bacha hua khana :- Bilkul, raat ka bacha hua khana, subah aapka nashta ho sakta hain. Curry se chicken nikaal kar usay sandwich ke saath khaye. Saath hi aap sandwich mein pichli raat ke salad ko bhi shamil kar sakte hain. Raat ko kuch extra chapaati bana le aur subah ise raat ki sabzi ke saath khaye. Beshak yeh healthy breakfast hain.
• Uble huye Ande :- Raat ko hi aap Ande ko ubaal kar fridge mein rakh de. Subah ghar se nikalne se pahle ande ko chhilkar namak mirch ke saath khaye. Aap chahe toh kuch ande box mein rakh le aur raste mein khaye. Aise breakfast se bhi aapko jaroori poshan milega.
• Fruits aur Dry Fruits :- Ise bhi aap raat ko taiyaar kar sakte hain. Apne kuch pasandida phal jaise anjeer, cherry, berry, mosambi aadi ko le le. Ab Fat aur protein ke liye isme kuch akhrot, Badam aur Avocado ke tukade mila le. Subah aap ise nashte ke roop mein le sakte hain.
• Salad :- Aap nashte mein protein ke saath vegetables ko bhi le sakte hain. Palak ki patti ke saath Anda aur chicken ko mila le. Agar aapka mann kare toh isme aap kuch seb ke tukde aur nuts bhi mila sakte hain. Ab ise raat ko band katore mein rakh de. Subah ispar jaitoon ka tel aur sirka chhidak le. Agar aap shakahari hain toh meat ke badle jyada nuts ko shamil kare. Jyada se jyada phal, nuts, protein aur hari sabziyo ko shamil kare. Is baat se koi inkaar nahi kar sakta ki busy logo ke liye yeh sabse accha nashta hain.
