Nakhoon chabana hain buri aadat.

Nail Biting is bad habbit.
Daanto se naakhoon chaabana ya kaatna bahut hi gandi aur buri aadat hain. Nail Biting ko Onicofagia bhi kaha jata hain. Is aadat se lagbhag  har umar  ke log preshan rahte hain. Experts  nail biting  karne ke liye  kai wajahe batate hain, Jinme se stress yani ki tension mukhya wajah mani gyi hain.  • Ungliyo par  kuch aise  tatv daale  jo aapki jeebh ke liye acche na ho jaise vinegar, hot sauce ya dusre  kuch khatte  swaad wali cheeze. 

• Nail biting ki aadat ko door karne ke  liye  behavioral therapy ka bhi sahara le  sakte hain.

• Nakhoono ko hamesha chhote rakhe  ya manicure  karwaye.  

• Apne  haatho  ko kuch activities mein busy rakhne ki koshish kare  jaise seelai, bunaai aur  bhi kai kaam jo haatho se kiye jate ho.
