Arhar (Arahar/Toor/Tuar) ki Daal khane se kya fayde hote hain?

Daalo ko protein ka good source mana jata hain. Arhar ki daal India mein bahut hi chaav ke saath khayi jati hain. Arahar ki Daal ko Toor daal bhi kaha jata hain.

Arhar ki daal ko khane se body ko kai nutrients jaise Protein, Fat, Carbohydrates jaise poshak tatvo ki prapti hoti hain. Arhar ki daal Protein aur Fiber ka bahut bada source hain. Saath hi cholesterol free hain. Arahar ki daal ko chawal ke saath khane se Protein ki kami nahi rahti hain.
