Urad ki daal ke fayde (Benefits of Black gram in Hindi/Urdu.)

Urad  dal ke fayde.
Sabhi log koi na koi dal toh jaroor hi khate honge. Hafte mein 3 din agar khane mein Urad ki chhilke wali daal ko agar khaya jaye, toh yeh sharir ko bahut hi zyada fayda pahuchaati hain. Agar aap isme Nimbu mila kar khaye toh iska taste aur bhi zyada badh  jata hain. 

Urad ke beejo se milne wali daal hamare kitchen ek ahem hissa hain. Iski kheti pure Bharat mein hoti hain. Chhilko wali urad ki daal ko Kali urad aur bagair chhilko wali urad ko safed urad ke naam se jana jata hain. Urad ki daal ko Maah ki daal bhi kaha jata hain. Urad ka scientific name Vigna Mungo hain aur ise  English mein Black Gram kaha jata hain. 

Urad  ki daal ko bahut hi paushtik daal mana jata hain. Chhilko wali urad ki daal mein Vitamin, Minerals bharpoor  matra mein  paye jate hain. Saath hi isme  cholesterol na ki matra mein hota hain. Isme Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese jaise tatv bharpoor matra mein hote hain. Yehi wajah hain ki ise kai herbal  nuskho mein upyog kiya jata hain. Aaiye jante hain Urad ki daal ke kuch fayde aur nuskhe ke baare mein :- 

• Jin logo ko apachan ki shikayat ho ya Bawaseer ho oon logo ko urad ki daal ka sewan aksar karte rahna chahiye. Iske sewan se pet saaf ho jata hain. 

• Ise khane se sharir ko energy milti hain. Yeh oon ladies ke liye bhi sahi rahta hain, Jine period ke dauran jyada blood bahta hain, Kyonki unke ander  iron ki kami ho jati hain.  Isme meat ke mukable kai guna zyada iron hota hain aur na hi high calorie hoti hain aur na hi fat hota hain. 

• Chhilko wali urad  ki daal ko ek sooti kapde mein lapet kar tavey par garam kare. Isse jod dard (joint pain) se preshan mareez ke dard  wali jagah par sekaai kare. Dard mein tezi se aaram milta hain. 

• Kuch log mante hain ki Urad ki daal ko khane ke tel  ke saath garm karne ke baad , Oos tel se dard wali jagaho par maalish karne se dard mein tezi  se aaram milta hain. Is tel se lakwe se peedit  vyakti ki bhi maalish karni chahiye, isse fayda hota hain. 

• Urad ki daal dil ki sehat ke liye faydemand hoti hain. Yeh Cholesterol ko kam karne mein madad karti hain. Yeh Manganese aur Folate  level ko badha kar dhamniyo ko block hone se bachaati hain. Isme paya  jane wala Magnesium heart health ko badhane mein madad karta hain, kyonki isse blood circulation badhta hain. 

• Ganjepan ko door karne mein bhi urad ki  daal faydemand  rahti hain. Daal ko ubaal kar pees le aur iska lep raat ko sone se pahle seer mein laga le. Isse ganjapan  dheere-dheere door hone lagta hain aur naye baal ugane lagte hain. 

• Vaise toh sabhi daalo mein protein paya  jata hain. Veh log jo vegetarian hain ya phir  jinke paas meat, machhli khane ke paise nahi hain, Unke liye urad ki daal protein ka good source hain. Sharir ke vikas aur  muscles ki majbooti ke liye protein bahut hi jaroori hain. Protein skin, khoon, muscles aur haddiyo ke cells ke vikas ke liye jaroori mana jata hain. Urad ki daal mein bhi high protein  paya jata hain. 

• Agar aap duble-patle hain aur wajan badhaana chahte hain toh urad ki daal ka sewan kare, yeh wajan badhane mein madad karti hain. Apne khane mein dono time urad ki daal ka istemal kare, aur aap tezi se apna wajan badhte huye dekhenge. Experts ke mutabik Urad ki daal weight gain karne ke  liye upyukt hain. 

• Expert batate hain ki Urad ki daal Purusho mein Sex power badhane mein help karti hain. Yahi wajah hain ki iske paani ko sewan karne ki salah di jati hain. Yeh bhi mana jata hain ki yauvan prapt karne ke liye urad  ki daal ko paka kar  rojana khana chahiye. Potassium ki jyada matra hone ki wajah se modern science bhi ise mardaana power badhane wala food maanti hain. 

• Urad ki bina chhilke wali daal ko raat ko doodh mein bhigo de. Subah ise baarik pees le. Iske baad kuch boonde  nimbu ke ras aur Shahad ki dalkar chehre par lep kare. 1 Ghante baad ise dho le. Aisa lagatar  kuch dino tak karte rahne se chehre ke moohase  aur daag-dhabbe  door  ho jayenge aur chehre par ek nayi chamak aa jati hain. 

• Fode-funsiyo, pake huye jakham aur  ghaavo par urad ki aate ki patti baandhna chahiye. Din mein 3-4 baar aisa karne se rahat milti hain. 

Urad ki daal ka istemal khane mein kiya jata hain. Is daal ko peeskar iske aate se laddu bhi banaye jate hain. Jo ki bahut hi paushtik hote hain. Urad ki daal ko peeskar usme sabhi tarah  ke dry fruits mila kar  laddoo banaye jate hain, Yeh laddu bahut hi shaktishaali aur  sex power badhane wale hote hain. 

Is tarah ke laddu ko khane se  kamjori door ho jati hain. In ladduon ko sardiyo ke mausam mein hi khana chahiye. Sardiyo ke mausam mein sharir mein pachane ki capacity zyada hoti hain, Badhazmi nahi hoti hain, Kuch bhi khao-piyo sab hajam ho jata hain, Isliye Sardiyo mein ise  khana chahiye. 

Iske laddu ko aap November se  February yani ki 4 mahine tak apni pachan shakti ke mutabik kha sakte hain. 

Note :- Urad  ki daal pachne  mein asaan nahi hoti hain. Isliye agar aapki pachan shakti kamjor hain toh aap iska sewan na kare. Kyonki agar aapka  hajma kamjor  hain toh aap ise pacha (hajam) nahi kar payenge aur aapko badhajmi, gas aur acidity ki problem ho jayegi.
