Paani peene ka sahi waqt kaun sa hain?
Kaha jata hain ki har insaan ko rojana kam se kam 8 se 10 glass paani jaroor peena chahiye. Jo log kam paani peete hain unhe kai tarah ki bimariya ho sakti hain. Isliye dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki aapka aadha pet bhojan se ek chauthai paani se aur baaki 25% bhaag hawa se bhara hona chahiye. Paani hamare life aur health ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. • Subah uthane ke baad khali pet 1 se 2 glass paani pina chahiye :- Subah uthate hi 1 se 2 glass paani piye. Isse sharir ki saari gandagi bahar nikal jati hain. Skin aur Pet dono hi healthy bane rahte hain.
• Thakaan lagne par paani piye :- Hamara dimaag 75% paani se bhara hua hain. Agar aap thakaan lagne par paani piyenge toh aapka dimaag acche se kaam karega aur aapka mann bhi kaam mein puri tarah lagega.
• Khade hokar paani nahi peena chahiye :- Manyata hain ki Khade hokar paani peene se ek umar ke baad ghutno ka dard preshan karne lagta hain. Isliye khade hokar paani nahi peena chahiye.
• Khana khane ke aadha ghante pahle piye 1 glass paani :- Khana khane se pahle agar aap paani piyenge toh aap bhookh se kam khayenge. Jisse motapa nahi badhega aur saath hi aapki aante bhi theek rahengi.
• Bhookh lagne par paani piye :- Agar aapko bhookh lage toh sabse pahle paani piye aur phir 10 minutes tak intezaar kare. Phir bhi agar bhookh na mite toh kuch khaye. Aisa karne se aap bekar ka snacks khane se bachenge.
• Khana khane ke turant baad ya pahle paani na piye :- Khana khane ke ek ghante baad hi paani piye, Kyonki usse pahle paani peene par pet mein khana pachane wala juice apna asar nahi dikha pata hain aur pachan se related dikkate ho sakti hain. Agar aap khane ke turant pahle ya baad mein paani piyenge to khana jaldi hajam nahi hoga.
• Paani ki jagah Chhaachh, Dahi ya rayta ka sewan kare :- Agar aapko khana khate waqt pyaas lage toh paani ki jagah Dahi ya rayta le. Isse aapke sharir ko thandak bhi milegi aur khana bhi asaani se hajam ho jayega.
• Bimari, Pregnancy aur stanpaan karwate waqt paani piye :- Agar aap bimar hain toh paani peene se aapki body jald hi repair ho jayegi. Pregnant aur stanpan karwane wali mahilaon ko aam dino ke mukable zyada paani ki jaroorat hoti hain. Inhe har din 10 glass paani peene ki salah di jati hain.
• Din ki shuruvaat mein dher saara pani piye :- Din bhar dher saara paani peena chahiye aur jaise jaise sham hone lage, Paani ka sewan kam kar dena chahiye, Jisse raat bhar bathroom ki aor bhagna na pade.
