Chaulai ke fayde.

Chaulai ka saag.
Hari pattedar sabziyo mein Chaulai ka apna alag hi mukaam hain. Duniya bhar mein log iska istemal sabzi, bhaaji, saag ya anaaz ke roop mein karte hain. Yeh kai tarah ke aushadhiya guno se  bharpoor hoti hain. Chaulai ke patto, danthal aur beejo mein Protein aur Minerals bharpoor matra mein  paye  jate hain. Ayurveda mein cholai ko anek rogo mein upyogi bataya gya hain. Aaj ki is post mein hum jaanejge  ki Chaulai ka saag khane ke kya fayde hote hain, Chaulai ke patte, beej hame kaise fayda (Benefits) pahuchate hain :-
