Patta Ghobhi khane ke fayde (Benefits of Cabbage)

Patta Gobhi ki photoPatta Gobhi jise hum Band Gobhi ke naam se bhi jante hain. Patta Gobhi (Band Gobhi) khane ke bahut hi fayde hain. Patta Gobhi (BandGobhi) Brassicaceae Family ki ek member hain Is family mein aur sabziya jaise Broccoli, Phool Gobhi aur Brussels sprout aate hain. Yeh sabziya badi aur phool ke aakar ki bade patto wali hoti hain. Jinki paidawaar ki shuruvat , Eastern Mediterranean aur Asia Minor mein mani jati hain. Yeh saal ke sabhi mahino mein  bazaar mein asaani ke saath mil jati hain aur ise healthy diet ka ek ahem hissa mana jata hain.


Patta Gobhi kai rango ki aur kismo mein aati hain. Lal aur Hare rang ki patta Gobhi sabse jyada milti hain. Ise paka aur kachcha salad ke roop mein bhi khaya ja sakta hain. Patta Gobhi ka swaad halka sa meetha hota hain.  Isme Vitamin, Iron aur Potassium bharpoor matra mein hote hain. Ise Indian aur Western dono tarah ke food ko pakane mein istemal kiya jata hain.

Patta Gobhi (Band Gobhi) khane ke fayde :- 

1. Cancer se bachaav :- Band Gobhi mein aise tatv hote hain jo Cancer ki roktham karne aur usay hone se bachne mein madad ka kaam karte hain. Diindolylmethane (DIM), Sinigrin, lepeol, sulforaphane aur  indole-3-carbinol, jaise labhdayak tatv hote hain. Yeh sabhi cancer se bachav karne mein sahayak hote hain.

2. Immunity ko badhata hain :- Patta Gobhi, Sharir mein Immunity system ko strong banati hain. Isme Vitamin C bharpoor matra mein hota hain jisse body ka immunity system kafi strong ho jata hain.

3. Anti-Inflammatory Properties ;- Isme Amino Acid bahut acchi matra mein paye jate hain jo Sujan aadi ko kam karne mein madadgar hote hain.

5. Alzheimer ko kam kar deta hain :- Haal mein huye ek research se yeh pata chala hain ki Patta Gobhi khane se Alzheimer jaisi problems door ho jate hain. Ismein Vitamin K bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain jo Alzheimer ko kam karne mein madad karta hain.

6. Peptic Ulcer ke ilaj mein madadgar :- Patta Gobhi, Peptic Ulcer (Stomach Ulcer) ke ilaj mein kafi madadgar hota hain. 7. Wajan kam karne mein madadgar ;- Patta Gobhi ek aisi sabzi hain Jiske istemal se wajan ko kam kiya ja sakta hain. Ek Cup pakai gyi Band Gobhi mein sirf 33 Calorie hoti hain jo wajan ko badhne nahi deti hain. Band Gobhi ka soup sharir ko energy to deta hi hain lekin yeh Fat ko kam kar deta hain.
