Myth : Meetha khane se hota hain Diabetes.



Fact : Meethe se Diabetes hone ka koi sambandh nahi hain. Iske liye Vanshanugat aur kai karan jimmevar hote hain. Halaki Diabetes ke ho jane ke baad Meetha khane se sugar uncontrolled ho jati hain. 

Myth : Alcohol ka blood glucose level se sambandh nahi hain.

Fact : Niyamit roop se Alcohol ke istemal se sharir mein Yurik Acid aur triglyceride badhte hain. Saath hi Sugar bhi aniyantrit ho jati hain. 

Myth : Diabetes ke liye special khana hota hain.

Fact : Diabetes ke liye koi special khana nahi hota hain. Balki Balanced diet ki jaroorat hoti hain. Jisme 50-60 percent Carbohydrate, 15-20 Percent Protein, 20-25 percent Fat aur doosre tatv shamil hain. 

Myth : Sugar free khana hain samsya ka hal.

Fact : Sugar free ka matlab calorie free nahi hain. Sugar free ke naam par jam kar sweets khana nuksaandayak ho sakta hain. Inme khoya, Cream aadi ki calorie shamil hoti hain, jo sugar ko uncontrolled kar deti hain. 

Myth : Diabetes ho to kam khana khaye.

Fact : Kam khana sahi nahi hain. Thoda-Thoda baar baar khaye. Na jyada der bhookhe rahe aur na hi ek baar mein dher saara khana khaye.

Myth : Mote logo ko hota hain Diabetes hone ka khatra.

Fact : Diabetes kisi ko bhi ho sakti hain, Chahe wo mota ho ya patla. 

Myth ; Diabetes mein khas aahar hi hain kafi.

Fact : Accha aahar vahi hain jisme 40-60 Percent Carbohydrate, 20% protein aur 30% ya usse kam Fat ho. Khane mein shaak-sabzi aur phal ki acchi matra jaroori hain. Khana niyamit antral par le. 

Myth : Type 2 Diabetes Type 1 ki tarah khatarnaak nahi hain.

Fact : Roktham na ho to Diabetes ke dono roop samsyaon ko janm dete hain. Dono mamlo mein sahi dawaa ke saath healthy lifestyle behad jaroori hain. Ek ko khatrnaak bata kar doosre ko kam aanka nahi ja sakta hain. 

Myth :- Diabetes ek umar ke baad hota hain.

Fact : Ab navjaat aur chote baccho mein bhi is samsya ko dekha ja raha hain. Umar badhne ke saath Diabetes Type 2 ki shikayat badhti hain. 

Myth :- Khiladi ko Diabetes nahi ho sakti hain.

Fact : Aise logo ki mishaale hain jo Diabetes ke bawjood Khel kood mein ek makam hasil kar chuke hain. Jaise Olympic Gold Medalist Swimmer Garry Hall, Cricket khiladi Wasim Akaram. 

Myth : Diabetes mareez mahila ko Pregnant nahi hona chahiye. 

Fact : Maan banane se parhez ki koi jaroorat nahi hain. Experts ki dekh-rekh mein balanced lifestyle apnana jaroori hain. Pregnancy se pahle aur Pregnancy ke baad sugar level ko maintain rakhe. 

Myth ;- Diabetes hain blood donate nahi kar sakte hain.

Myth : Diabetes ke mareez ki umar kam ho jati hain.

Fact :- Sugar level sahi rakha jaye aur healthy lifestyle apnaya jaye to Diabetes patient ki life bhi lambi ho sakti hain. 

Myth ; Dawaa le rahe hain to kuch bhi kha sakte hain. 

Fact : Diabetes ke mareez ko khane mein refined Carbohydrate aur Saturated Fat se parhez karne ki salah di jati hain. Niyamit exercise, samay par diet aur sahi dawaa jaroori hain.
