♦ Dahi :- Aap apne sharir ki massage Dahi aur Nimbu ka ras laga kar kare. Isse rang gora hone lagta hain.

♦ Jeera :- Jeere ke powder ko paani mein mila kar nahane se skin tone theek ho jati hain. Aap chahe toh Jeera powder aur doodh mix karke paste bana kar pure sharir par laga sakte hain.

♦ Doodh se nahaye :- Agar aap rang gora karna chahte hain toh 10 dino tak doodh se nahaye. Iske liye aapko saabun lagane ki jaroorat nahi hain. Doodh se hi aapka sharir saaf aur tone ho jayega.

♦ Ande ki jardi :- Ande ka peela hissa sharir par lagaye aur baad mein sirke se sharir ko saaf kar le, Jisse ande ki badboo nikal jayegi. Aisa 10 dino tak kare aur fayda dekhe.

♦ Soybean :- Soyabean ke har product mein Zinc aur Vitamin C paye jate hain. Soya se bani cheezo ko khane se pimples aur skin ki problems se nijat milti hain. Ise aap apni diet mein shamil kare aur dull Skin ko glowing bana sakte hain.

♦ Nimbu :- Sharir ka rang nikhaarne ke liye Nimbu aur Shahad ka mishran se pure body ki massage kare. Aisa rojana 10 dino tak karne se aap damakne aur chamakne lagenge.

♦ Chukandar :- Chukandar mein Vitamin, Potassium, Phosphorus, Chlorine, Iodine, Sodium jaise poshak tatv paye jate hain. Chukander ke sewan se skin ke pores khul jate hain. Blood circulation badhta hain. Roop nikharne lagta hain. Skin problems se chhutkara pane ke liye Chukandar ka juice daily peena chahiye aur iska face pack lagana chahiye.

♦ Gulab Jal :- Gulab Jal mein Nimbu ka ras mila kar nahane se skin gori aur saaf ho jati hain.

♦ Kiwi :- Kiwi mein Vitamin A, B12, Iron, Fiber ke saath bharpoor matra mein Vitamin C paya jata hain. Ise rojana khane se chehre ka rang badalne lagta hain. Skin healthy ho jati hain. Agar aapke chehre par daag-dhabbe ho tho oos par fresh Kiwi pees kar laga dene se daag saaf ho jate hain.

♦ Tamatar :- Tamatar mein Lycopene hota hain jo skin ke liye bahut hi accha mana jata hain. Rojana Tamatar khane se bhi aap apna rang gora kar sakte hain.

♦ Nariyal Paani :- Nariyal Paani mein aise tatv hote hain jo na sirf aapka rang nikhaarenge, balki daag-dhabbe aur jhaaiyon ko bhi theek kar denge. Isliye rojana Nariyal paani peene aur nahane se pahle ise skin par lagane se skin healthy rahti hain.

♦ Green Tea :- Green Tea sehat ke liye bahut hi acchi mani jati hain. Isme Anti-Oxidants hote hain. Yeh sunburn ko theek karti hain, Skin se daag-dhabbo ko hatati hain aur usay healthy aur soft banati hain. Green Tea ko rojana peene se bhi aap rang gora kar sakte hain.

♦ Gajar :- Gajar ka sewan healthy life ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. Gajar mein Vitamin C aur Beta-Carotene hota hain jo Skin aur hair ke liye best hain. Sunder tavcha paane ke liye Gajar ka juice jaroor peena chahiye.

♦ Strawberry :- Strawberry mein Anti-Oxidants bahut hi acchi matra mein paye jate hain. Strawberry khane se aap badhti umar ke asar ko kam kar sakte hain. Isme Vitamin C bhi paya jata hain. Ise rojana khane se chehre ki rangat gulabi ho jati hain.

♦ Palak :- Palak mein Minerals jaise ki Calcium, Iron aur Vitamin A, B, C aadi acchi matra mein paye jate hain. Isliye Palak zyada khane se skin mein nikhaar aata hain.

♦ Broccoli :- Broccoli mein Vitamin C aur E bahut zyada paya jata hain. Isme Anti-Oxidants bhi bharpoor matra mein hote hain. Yeh kabz ko door karke Skin ko chamakdaar banata hain.
