Cholesterol blood mein fat ke saath paya jane wala ek naram padarth hain, Jo body activities ke liye jaroori hain. Yeh 3 tarah ka hota hain - Low-density lipoprotein, High Density Lipoprotein, Very Low-density lipoprotein. Kisi bhi Vegetable Fat mein Cholesterol nahi hota hain, Lekin yeh sharir mein cholesterol ko paida jaroor karta hain. Desi ghee, Makkhan, Chicken, Anda, Shellfish aur Dairy Products mein Cholesterol paya jata hain. 

Fat 2 tarah hote hain Bad Fat aur good fat  :- 

Bad Fat :- 

Saturated Fat :-  Yeh total cholesterol aur LDL ke level  ko badha deta hain. 

Trans fat :-  Yeh LDL (Bad  Cholesterol) ke level ko badhata hain aur HDL (Good Cholesterol) ko ghata deta hain. 

Good Fat :- 

Monounsaturated  Fat  :- Yeh total cholesterol aur LDL (Bad  cholesterol) ke level ko ghatata hain aur HDL (Good  Cholesterol)  ko badhata hain.

Polyunsaturated Fat  :- Yeh Total Cholesterol aur LDL ke level ko kam karta hain. 



Cholesterol aur Sehat  ke lihaz se kaun sa tel (Oil) hota hain badhiya :- 

Hamse se jyadatar  log oil ki jankari hone ke naam  par bas yahi bata payenge ki hame  oily food aur khas karke saturated fat nahi lena chahiye. Khana pakane ke liye desh bhar ke  alag-alag hisso mein alag tarah ke tel ka istemal kiya jata hain. Central aur West India mein jaha aamtaur par Moongfali ka tel istemal hota hain, Vahi South  India mein Nariyal ka tel aur  Punjab-Haryana mein Surajmookhi ka tel aur Ghee ka istemal aam baat hain. Vaise sehat ke  lihaaz se har tel ki apni alag value hain. Kya aapko pata hain ki Soyabean  ka tel talne  ke liye accha nahi hota aur nariyal  ke tel  mein cholesterol nahi paya jata hain. Aaiye jante  hain Cooking oil ke baare  mein jo cholesterol ke liye bhi acche  hote hain.


• Soyabean ka tel :- Soyabean Oil central India mein istemal kiya jane  wala tel hain, Is tel  mein  Polyunsaturated fat  hota hain, Khas karke  Alpha Linoleic Acid. Sehat ke liye  yeh accha tel hain. Yeh Good  aur Bad  Cholesterol  ke  beech mein balance  banaye  rakhta  hain. Talne ke  liye  sahi nahi hain. Polyunsaturated  fat garm hokar Toxins mein  badal  jate  hain.

Nariyal Tel :- Coconut Oil Saturated  Fat hain, Lekin Vanaspati tel hone  ki wajah se isme Cholesterol  nahi hota hain, Sehat ke  liye  theek  hain, Talne ke liye sahi nahi hain, Salah yeh di jati hain ki dusre oils ke combination ke  saath  iska istemal  kare.

Rice  Bran  Oil :-  Japan aur Korea mein istemal kiya jane wala dhaan ke chhilke se nikaala tel ab India mein bhi apni jagah bana raha hain. Isme Monounsaturated  fat hota hain. Talne  ke liye  accha hain aur yeh  moongfali ke tel  ke  mukable  12-20 percent tak kam sokha jata hain.

Sarso ka tel :- Sarso ka tel, India mein  jyadatar istemal kiya jata hain. Isme  Monounsaturated Fatty Acid  ki matra kafi hoti hain aur isme Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid  bhi hota hain. Olive Oil :- Kisi waqt sirf  Mediterranean desh maslan Spain, Argentina jaise desho mein istemal  kiya  jane  wala Olive  Oil apne taste ke  chalte duniya bhar mein  popular ho gya hain. Isme  Monounsaturated  Fat hota hain. Yeh tel kai kism ka hota hain , Jaise Extra Virgin  ( Olive ko first  time compress karke  nikaala gya), Virgin (Dusri baar press karke  nikaal gya) , Pure ( Process kiya) aur Extra Light (Kam flavor  wala processed oil. Health ke  nazariye  se yeh bahut hi accha oil hain. Yeh total aur LDL cholesterol ke level  ko kam karta hain. Yeh body mein fat distribution  par bhi effect  rakhta hain. Pet par charbi jama hone se rokta hain. Talne ke liye accha hain

• Kardi Oil :- Polyunsaturated Fat wala Kardi Oil (Saffola Oil) kai jagah  istemal  kiya jata hain. Sehat ke  liye accha hain, Talne  ke  liye  sahi nahi hain.

Palmolive oil :- Palmolive  Oil (Taad ke tel) mein Monounsaturated  Fat hota hain, Lekin Linoleic Acid ki matra kam hoti hain. Ise bhi dusre  telo ke combination ke saath istemal  kiya ja  sakta hain.

Surajmukhi ka tel :- Punjab, Haryana, Kashmir  aadi mein jyada istemal kiya jata hain. Isme Polyunsaturated  fat ki matra jyada hoti hain, khas karke Linoleic Acid ki. Health ke nazariye se yeh accha tel hain. Talne ke liye  accha nahi hain, Kyonki Polyunsaturated  garm  hokar toxins mein  badal jate  hain. Salah yehi di  jaati hain ki iske saath  kabhi kabhi Palm ya Palmolive  Oil ka istemal  karna sahi rahega.

• Moongfali ka tel :- Desh mein sabse  jyada istemal kiya jane wala tel Moongfali ka tel hain. Isme Monounsaturated  Fat hota hain. Health ke liye accha hain. Yeh LDL ke level ko kam karta hain, Lekin Good cholesterol ke  level ko normal rakhta hain. Talne ke liye  accha hain.
