Ghar ka kaam karne ya phir maansik tanaav aur din mein kai tarah ke kaam karne ke baad badan tootne sa lagta hain. Aisi situation mein shoulder pain (Kandho mein dard) hona lazmi hain. Har din kaam karne ke baad jyada thakaan hone par sabse jyada dard kandho mein hota hain. • Barf ka istemal kare :- Kandho mein hone wale dard ke ilaj ke liye ice treatment bahut jyada fayda karta hain. Ice pack banaye aur usay dard wali jagah par rakhe. Barf ki senkaai karne se dard se rahat milti hain. Vaise bhi barf ke kuch khas fayde bhi hote hain.
• Smoking na kare :- Agar aap smoking karte hain to is buri aadat ko chhod de. Aisa karne se blood circulation sahi tarike se hoga aur blood ke sahi sanchaar se pain mein kafi relief milta hain. Isse aap dard se chutkara pa sakenge.
• Massage kare :- Halke haatho se kandho par massage karwaye. Isse aapko dard se kafi rahat milegi. Dard se rahat paane ka yeh sabse accha tarika hota hain. Isse muscles ko araam milta hain aur blood ka circulation sahi tarike se hota hain.
• Shrugging :- Shrugging karne se shoulder muscles relax ho jati hain, Kyonki isse lactic acid balance ho jata hain, aur dard se rahat milne lagti hain. Aisa din mein kai baar karne se dard bilkul gayab ho jata hain.
• Khane mein dhyaan de :- Kai baar kandhe mein dard hona muscles ki kamjori hone ki wajah se hota hain. Aise mein dard se chhutkara paane ke liye protein, vitamin aur calcium ka orally sewan kare. Isse aapko rahat milegi.
• Pillow change kare :- Kai baar galat takiya lagane se bhi kandho mein dard hone lagta hain. Kandhe mein dard hone par takiya na lagaye ya phir soft pillow ka istemal kare.
