1. Fish :- Machhali Calcium aur protein se bharpoor hoti hain, Jisse dimaag ka vikaas hota hain, Khas karke Salmon aur Tuna fish khane se. Isliye Alzheimer se bachne ke liye fish khana bahut hi faydemand rahta hain.
