1. Omega 3 Fatty Acid ka sewan kare, Isse sujan aur jalan mein rahat milti hain.

2. Potato Chips ki jagah aap Popcorn khaye.

3. Cancer ke mareez apni diet mein bahut jyada Haldi ya curcumin ka bina doctor ki salah se na le.

4. White Bread ki jagah Wholegrain Bread ka istemal kare. Pastry ki jagah muffin khaye. White bread sehat ke liye nuksandeh hoti hain.

5. Rock Salt ko khane se bache. Celtic sea Salt Himalayan Salt kabhi bhi khaya ja sakta hain.

6. Taaze phalo ko chhilke ke saath khaye.

7. Vegetable oil ki jagah Olive Oil ka istemal kare.

8. Aapki diet nature par adhaarti honi chahiye, Jisme Phal, Sabzi, Moongfali, Dhaan aur Bean hone chahiye, Jisse cancer se lada ja sake.
