Janiye Beta Carotene ke baare mein.

Beta-CaroteneHum apne rojana ki diet mein Lal, hare, peele aur narangi ki tarah-tarah  ki phal sabziyo ko jaroor  shamil karte hain. Inme mauzood kai tarah ke vitamins, minerals hamare bhojan ko paushtik hi nahi banate hain, balki hame healthy rakhne  mein madad  karte  hain. Inme mauzood Phytochemicals  Shaleshma (paudho mein paya jane wala chemical substans) ko Photosynthetic jhilli mein ikkatha karke food mein gahre  rang ko paida karta hain. Iske jyada sewan se sharir mein Vitamin E ka level  kam ho jata hain, Jiska asar khoon ki kami ke roop mein dikhaayi deta hain.
