Anemia door karne aur Khoon badhane ke liye desi nuskhe (Home Remedies for Anemia)

1. Ek Glass Seb (Apple) ka Juice le. Usme 1 glass Chukandar (Beet) ka juice aur Shahad apne swaad ke anusaar milaye. Ise rojana piye. Is Juice mein Iron adhik matra mein hota hain. Isse Anemia Jaldi theek ho jata hain aur aapka khoon badh jata hain. 


2.  2 Chammach Til 2 ghanto ke liye paani mein bhigo de. Paani chhankar Til ko pees kar Paste bana le. Isme 1 chammach Shahad milaye aur din mein 2 baar ise khaye. 


3. Pakke huye Aam ke gude ko agar meethe doodh ke saath liya jaye to aapka khoon badh jata hain. 


4. Din mein 2 baar thande paani se nahaye. Subah ke samay suraj ki roshini mein baithe. 

5. Chaaye (Tea) aur coffee ko peena thoda kam kar de, kyonki yeh sharir ko  Iron  sokhne se rokta hain. 

6. Khoon badhane wale aahaar Genhu, Chana, Moth, Moong ko ankurit kar Nimboo mila kar subah nashte mein khaye. 

7. Sitopaladi churn 50 gram, Amal ki Rasayana 50 gram, Ashwagandha satva 50 Gram, shatavari churn 10 gram, Siddha Makardhwaj 5 Gram, Lauh Bhasma 100 putti 10 gram, Ashtvarga Churn 25 gram, Shahad 300 gram. In sabhi ko aapas mein mila le. Is mishran ko rojana Subah-shaam 5-10 gram matra le kar chaate aur phir meetha doodh piye. Iske sewan se khoon badhta hain. 

8. Namak aur Lahsun ka niyamit sewan khane ke samay chutney ke roop mein kare. Hemoglobin ki kami door ho jati hain. 

9. Anantmool, Dalchini aur Saunf ki barabar matra lekar Chaaye (tea) bana kar piye. Din mein ise aap 1 baar hi le. Khoon ki kami door ho jayegi. 

10. Bhutte (Makai, Makki, Chhalli, Sweet Corn) Anemia ke rogiyo ke liye paushtik hote hain. Inhe aag par saink kar khane se iske daane bade hi tasty lagte hain. Makke ke daane ubaal kar khane se khoon badhta hain. 

11. Moongphali ke daane Gud ke saath chaba-chaba kar khaye.

12.  Sharpunkha ki pattiyo aur phalliyo ke lagbhag 20ml ras mein 2 chammach Shahad mila le. Is mishran ko subah-shaam le. Isse khoon saaf hota hain aur badhta hain. 


13. Falsa khane se khoon badhta hain. Falsay ke phal aur sharbat ko subah-shaam lene se bahut jaldi aaram milta hain. 


14. Hanspadi ke paudhe ka churan bana kar Shahad ke saath upyog karne se khoon saaf hota hain aur sharir mein khoon sahi tarike se flow karne lag padta hain. Is churan ko Shahad ke saath Chaatne ya paani ke saath lene se khoon mein badhotari hoti hain aur Anemia ki shikayat bhi door ho jati hain. 

15. Palak, Sarso, Bathuaa, Matar, Methi, Hara Dhaniya, Pudina aur Tamatar ko apni diet mein jaroor shamil kare. 


16. Jamun aur Amla ka juice barabar matra mein mila kar peene se sharir mein Hemoglobin ka level badhta hain. Khoon ki kami nahi hoti. 

17. Rojana ek glass Tamatar ka Juice peene se bhi khoon ki kami nahi hoti hain. Tamatar ka soup bhi bana kar piya ja sakta hain. 


18. Singhada sharir ko shakti pradan karta hain aur Khoon badhata hain. Isme kai mahtavpuran poshak tatv paye jate hain. Kachche Singhaare (Shinghade) ka sewan karne se body mein Hemoglobin ki matra tezi ke saath badhti hain. 

19. Papita, Angoor, Amrood, Kela, Seb, Chikoo, Anar aur Nimboo ka sewan kare. 


20. Anaaz, Daale, Munakka, Kishmish aur Gajar ka sewan kare. Saath hi raat ko sone se pahle Khajoor ko doodh ke saath le.
